On top you can stop by at one of our stations to get your car cleaned once a month (advance notification mandatory).
  • A replacement car – In the event of damage or maintenance work you will be provided with a replacement car.
  • Nationwide station network – Pick up and return your vehicle at the Swiss Hertz station of your choice.
  • Full insurance - You are covered with the basis insurances Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection. If you prefer to reduce your deductible to Sfr 0.- for cars or to Sfr 200.- for vans, you are free to add the SuperCover-insurance on top.

FAQs

  • 1. Is a number of kilometers included?
    Yes. Our MiniLease offer includes 1500-4000km per month. More kilometers are possible.
  • 2. Can I choose the car model that I want?
    If you are choosing a standard or van category, the car model can only be guaranteed with an additional fee. Should you choose a car out of our Hertz Collections, you can be sure that the car you chose is the one you will drive.

  • 3. Am I able to add an additional driver to my rental?
    Yes, you can add as many additonal drivers as you like.
  • 4. How long does it take for you to provide me with a vehicle?
    The majority of vehicles are available within 24 working hours.
  • 5. How can I pay for my rentals?
    You are able to pay with any accepted credit card (no prepaid credit cards). Companies can apply for a Company Business account and pay by invoice.
  • 6. How long do I have to tie myself in for?
    The minimum rental period with us is only 30 days. Afterwards you will be able to return your rental car as soon as you don't need the vehicle anymore.
  • 7. Can I change the car if I don't like it?
    Yes, you are always free to switch to another vehicle within the same category or even to another category. If the new car should be more or less expensive, the rental price will be adapted based on the number of rental days.
  • 8. Where can I pick up my vehicle?
    Hertz has over 40 locations all over Switzerland where you can pick up your vehicle. Alternatively, we also offer delivery for a fee.
